The Learning Plans within H-E-B iDevelop consist of carefully curated digital training programs accessible to all employees, enabling them to progress along clearly defined career pathways throughout their tenure.
The Learning Plan portal facilitates enrollment, tracking, and distribution of these digital learning programs. Additionally, managers, organizational leaders, and talent acquisition stakeholders gain transparent and direct communication channels into the career development pipeline, optimizing employee productivity, engagement, and future career advancement opportunities.

TASKS INVOLVED
This project involved utilizing defined brand styles and implementing a solid foundational UX for thousands of H-E-B employees, guiding them through various career pathways. Beginning with intake sessions, to wireframes, to user interface design, the end result, currently in development, open doors for employees and employers to advance in their career journey within the organization.
Working within provided brand colors and styles ensures visual consistency, but effective design also requires thoughtful decisions around color contrast and balance. Designers must interpret brand guidelines with care, using color strategically to support accessibility, functionality, UX, hierarchy, and overall cohesion, especially for a very large national brand like H-E-B Grocery Company.
