Hi, I’m Erica Rai.

I discovered my path in design during college, when a single graphic design course opened the door to an entirely new way of thinking. From that point on, I was immersed—spending long hours exploring visual systems, storytelling, and interaction design. What started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion for shaping experiences that connect people and ideas.

Today, that same energy drives my work as a hands-on creative and UI/UX specialist. I love collaborating with teams to translate complex goals into elegant, human-centered solutions, while also providing creative direction that inspires clarity, cohesion, and innovation.

My experience spans agency environments, in-house teams, and eight years leading my own studio. I’ve partnered with brands of all sizes to craft digital experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful—and I bring that holistic perspective to every project.

Let’s create meaningful, thoughtful design that not only achieves business goals but elevates the brand experience.

More about me…

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, two teen boys and a goofball husband. We enjoy traveling and adventuring all around the world.

We have renovated 6 homes. We definitely have a passion for real estate, design, and development. I’m a super host on AirBnb, and enjoy creating spaces for folks to enjoy and relax.

I’ve been a runner for over 20 years, clocking thousands of miles, 6 half marathons, and dozens of short distance road races around New England. It’s the best way to clear my head before work!

I’m a true pixel perfectionist. For me, a design isn’t complete until every detail is intentional and precise. My eye for detail is sharp — and it’s what ensures the work I deliver is of the highest quality.

I believe great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. I thrive on team collaboration and collective ideation, knowing that diverse perspectives spark the most innovative and impactful design solutions.
