Ongoing conduction of several professional photoshoots of the senior leadership team at Point32Health, in both a portrait style as well as in the Point32Health headquarters, capturing a more natural essence in the brand environment. The final outcome is incredibly valuable for the organization, to utilize these photos for all their digital marketing efforts, social media, events, and more.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
TASKS INVOLVED
Coordinating a multi-day photoshoot requires detailed planning, clear logistics, and strong partnerships—long before the camera starts clicking. I’ve overseen full day shoots and half day shoots on this project.
The process begins with location scouting to identify optimal settings within the corporate headquarters—one for formal headshots and another for contextual, environmental imagery. I collaborated with top-tier talent, including photographer Ken Richardson and hair and makeup artist Laura Dillon, to ensure a polished and consistent result across all sessions.
A detailed schedule was developed to photograph 12 individuals per day, balancing time efficiency with the need for a relaxed, professional atmosphere. We also coordinated food catering to support a smooth, easy, enjoyable experience for everyone involved throughout photoshoot days.
